There are many different ways of trying to leave a mark to prove you did exist.
This is one of those marks.
The photo was taken on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Savannah
My name is Henriette - Henne for short.
I can't stand when people calls me Henry or Henri - those names are the male version of my name.
Anyway, apart from my aversion towards being called by male names, I was born in the late '60s.
I moved from my hometown of Aarhus in 2006 in order to work as a developer in Copenhagen - capitol of Denmark.
I love my life here in Copenhagen, and I love taking photos.
In 2012 I "converted" this blog to be a place to showcase some of my photos.

Summer in Jutland
This is a photo of my sister.
We were visiting our parents and went for a walk in the countryside.
What the image do not show, is that my sister is holding some of the crop from the field in front of her. Checking the grain.
I like this photo because it to me is tranquil. Also I love that the crop on the field is in focus in the bottom right corner, as well as my sister. And the rest of the background is blurry.
Showing the importance of my sister and the fact that she is checking the grain.

Wish or reality?
I was recently in Atlanta.
Walked around near the Olympic park and as I was about to leave, I noticed this inscription on one of the bricks.
